I prefer you use voicemail to communicate rather than email, as email is neither confidential nor HIPAA compliant. It is fine to email regarding making changes to appointment times, but please leave all other clinically-sensitive information in a voicemail. Please note cancellations to appointments must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time, or the full fee will need to be charged.
